Payment & Shipping

PAYMENT

Paypal:  Do not worry if you do not have an existing Paypal account - you can simply use your credit card for a 'one off' purchase.

Afterpay:  Please note that if you select Afterpay your financial agreement is directly with Afterpay.  Please read their terms and conditions prior to entering into an agreement.  While I am happy to exchange a ready-made item PRIOR TO DISPATCH a restocking fee will apply and is payable prior to the dispatch of your purchase.  This will be the sum total that Afterpay charges me from your original purchase and what they then charge me for your replacement purchase.

Direct Deposit:  Orders will be dispatched once your payment has cleared into our account.  

Bespoke Orders:  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before works begin on your bespoke millinery.  The balance is due upon completion and prior to dispatch or collection.  Allow approximately 10 working days from receipt of deposit to dispatch.

Change of Mind: Please choose carefully as there are no refunds, exchanges or credits for change of mind.

Sale items:  Whilst all care is taken to describe sale items and any shop wear they have incurred they are sold 'as is'.  Please contact us if you have any concerns prior to purchasing as the purchase is final and no refund, exchange or credit will apply.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping: To assist with an easier checkout experience, flat shipping is now available to addresses within mainland Australia.  For shipping to Australian addresses NOT on the mainland please send an email with your details and a shipping quote will be arranged asap for you.

Returns: As each piece is handmade from natural materials there will inevitably be some variations in colour, texture and pattern.   If there is a problem with the stitching of the piece it can be returned to be fixed within 5 working days.  Unfortunately any postage charges incurred by the customer in this instance are non-refundable.  

Packing: Absolute care and attention is taken when packing each piece to avoid any damage during the shipping process.  Each piece will be packed within its own hat box, which is then packed into a shipping box.

Liability: Once an order is shipped the responsibility for any lost or damaged items transfers to the courier or postal service.  Whilst we assist where possible please do not be offended when asked to liaise directly with the courier/delivery company.
